Your data is processed by our small team of staff based in the UK. We follow very strictly procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, all computer systems are password protected. We undertake strict procedures to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party companies.

We have and office PC and laptop which are password protected and internet security maintained. We use sage accounting software with password protection.
How long we store your data
Basic personal data is stored for 6 years after which time will be destroyed. Information we use for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us you no longer wish us to be on our contact list.
