What information we collect any why 

When requesting a quote or making an order, either via email or telephone, we will record basic data, Addresses, telephone numbers and contact information. This allows us to fulfil the quotation and if instructed to complete the work.   You may wish to withhold any personal data not required for this process. 

What we do with it 

Your data is processed by our small team of staff based in the UK. We follow very strictly procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information, all computer systems are password protected. We undertake strict procedures to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party companies. 

Computer systems 

We have and office PC and laptop which are password protected and internet security maintained. We use sage accounting software with password protection. 

How long we store your data 

Basic personal data is stored for 6 years after which time will be destroyed. Information we use for marketing purposes will be kept until you notify us you no longer wish us to be on our contact list.

If you feel the information we process about you is incorrect, you can request to view this information and/or have it corrected, or removed from our data base. You can do this by email us at
